I ended up Woosta pizza for pretty much one reason, I was hungry and it happened to be the closest pizza place around. To my surprise it was some of the best pizza I've gotten in Worcester. It's not the fanciest place in the world but it's darn tasty.
In my 5 years in Worcester this is the closest thing I have ever had to New York style neo-neopolitan pizza. I thought that Brick Oven Pizza Factory would be the best I could do in a sea of Greek pizza places. I have even read online that pizza like this can't be found in Worcester, but I guess people might not be looking downtown.
I had a couple slices of cheese pizza on my visit. They were thin, with a pretty good sauce/cheese ratio. In New York this would be your average corner slice, nothing special, but when you move that to Worcester it is a welcome experience. In the strange pizza landscape of Worcester this spot fills a important void.
